Well ths blog post is all about the body care , that how you can take extra care of your body.
In this blog i am going to tell you my secret tips to keep body hydrated and mosturized so that body won't ich. 
So let's start...

  1. Drink almost 8 glasses of water everyday. If you can't drink plane water make sure you are having juices or a fruit water.
  2. Take a shower every single day, and after shower apply any good smelling body butter on your all body, if you don't have butter then don't worry just put 3 to 4 drop of any essential oil in water and you are done.
  3. Scrub your body twice a week in shower.
  4. Do not rub your body hardly with towel just dry your body the way that oil still remain on yor body.
Some scrubs are these you can easily make them in your home.
